An exciting Heritage job for the team at Raydon Sheet Metal

We have some awesome news that we would like to share with you about some historic work we have been doing.Replacement railings is the latest job being undertaken by Raydon at the historic Grade I-listed Kew Gardens just outside London. We have been commissioned by the Kew Constabulary, a very small, specialised constabulary responsible for policing the Royal Botanic Gardens in Richmond-upon-Thames.

Raydon has been working with the tourist attraction for the last four years, replacing old metal like for like with new and undertaking restoration work. Over the years we have made new, aesthetically accurate replacement brass hinges for Kew’s majestic orangeries and carried out repairs to the walkways and 75 ft tall viewing tower.
